Hi, I'm Tiago — and I build like it's my name on it.

I started CHS Built to do residential construction the right way here in the Lowcountry: show up, communicate, and build it square and weather-tight — whether it's a ground-up home, an addition, or a remodel.

Over the years we've grown from framing crews into a full exterior and construction team that builders, GCs, and homeowners across the Charleston area count on. Every project gets the same thing: clear pricing, a schedule we stick to, and work that holds up to the coast.
